For your information, please find a copy of our Holiday Club COVID-19 Policy.
During the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, we will be maintaining child groups in a “bubble” structure to ensure the safety of both the children and our staff. We continue to review the Government’s “Out of School Childcare” guidance and will adapt our internal processes as appropriate.
Our online bookable options are:
Tuesday 1st - Friday 4th June
Tuesday 1st - Thursday 3rd June
Please note - we will be closed on Bank Holiday Monday (31st May).
In line with the commencement of step 2 of the COVID-19 response – spring 2021, we can offer Holiday Club childcare to all children, without restriction on the reasons for which they may attend.
We encourage children to attend settings close to where they live or go to school. This should, ideally, be within walking or cycling distance.
Shielding advice was paused nationally at midnight on 31st March. As of 1st April, all clinically extremely vulnerable children and young people can now attend Holiday Club, where they are eligible to do so, unless they are one of the very small number of children or young people under paediatric or other specialist care and have been advised by their GP or clinician not to attend.
As per the Government’s recently updated ‘Protective measures for holiday and after-school clubs during the coronavirus outbreak’ guidance - we are following the recommendation regarding children in Years 7 and 8 wearing face coverings indoors and will continue to monitor this in time for Half Term. Parents/carers are also requested to wear a face covering upon drop off/collection.
We encourage parents and carers to avoid public transport when travelling to us - where possible, we encourage you to have your child walk or cycle to us, or have them dropped off by a member of your household in a private car.
We advise parents and carers to limit your use of multiple out-of-school settings, and should as far as possible only be sending your children to one out-of-school setting, in addition to school, in order to minimise mixing.
Lunch and healthy snacks throughout the day is included in the daily cost for all children as well as afternoon tea for Minis and Juniors. Please inform us of any dietary requirements or food allergens at the time of booking.
Due to nature of creating safe and consistent bubbles, bookings will close at 5pm on Thursdays for the following week.
Early Drop & Late Stay Service continues to be included at no extra charge. We must however stress that the very latest time for pick up is 6.00pm. We cannot guarantee staffing levels beyond this time and pick ups after this time will incur an additional charge of £20.
Booking Cancellations: If we receive a booking cancellation request with 7 days notice or less, then we are unable to offer a refund or future credit. If you request a booking cancellation more than 7 days and up to 14 days in advance then we will offer a 50% refund or credit for use on a future holiday programme (to be taken within 12 months). If you request a booking cancellation more than 14 days in advance then we will offer a 100% refund or credit for use on a future holiday programme (to be taken within 12 months). We endeavour to ensure no nuts or nut products are used on our site. We may have children attending who have severe nut allergies and could be such that the slightest contact with nuts could be life threatening. We therefore respectfully ask that NO NUTS are knowingly brought onto the premises. This includes peanut butter, Nutella spread, Pesto, some cereal bars, some granola bars, biscuits/cakes that contain nuts and sauces that contain nuts.
